- 1
We read it properly
Your request goes straight to the engineers, not into a queue. Emergencies get flagged and jump the list.
- 2
We confirm with you
Usually the same working day, by phone or email — whichever you prefer. We will tell you the slot and roughly what to expect.
- 3
We turn up
On the agreed day, in a marked van, with dust sheets. If we are running late you will hear from us before the slot, not after.
Be ready
Three things worth checking before we arrive
- Know where your internal stopcock is. Usually under the kitchen sink, in a downstairs cloakroom or near the front door.
- Find the boiler's make, model and any fault code on the display. A photo of the front panel is perfect.
- Clear access to the boiler, the meter and the loft hatch if there is a tank up there.
- If you have the last service record or benchmark book, dig it out — it tells us a lot in ten seconds.
If you can smell gas, stop
Do not use this form and do not wait for us. Turn the gas off at the meter, open doors and windows, leave the electrics and switches alone, and call the National Gas Emergency Service straight away — they are free and available 24 hours.
0800 111 999For a water emergency — a burst pipe or a leak you cannot stop — turn off the stopcock, then ring us on 07490 623966.
