Where our reviews come from
Real ones only, in the customer's own words
- We never write a review on a customer's behalf, edit one, or pay for one
- We do not filter out the critical ones — if a job went wrong, that is worth reading
- We do not publish star ratings in our search listing unless they come from verified reviews
- Where a review names an engineer, that is the person who actually did the work
Had work done? Tell us honestly.
Good or bad, we would rather hear it. A review helps the next person in your street decide who to trust, and a complaint gives us the chance to put something right before it becomes a review.
If something is not right
Ring us before you do anything else. Our workmanship is guaranteed for twelve months and we would far rather come back and sort it than have you living with it. That is not a complaints procedure buried in the small print — it is the number at the top of this page.
