What we hold ourselves to

The things you would only notice if we got them wrong

Anyone can make a job look finished. These are the details that decide whether it is still right in five years.

  • Pipework you would be happy to look at

    Square, level, clipped at proper centres and lagged where it should be. If it is going to be on show, it gets treated as a visible finish.

  • Isolation on everything

    Service valves on every appliance so the next repair does not mean draining the whole system down. Costs pennies at install and saves hours later.

  • Labelled and documented

    Valves labelled, controls explained, commissioning figures written down and warranties registered. You should not need to ring us to understand your own system.

  • Cleaner than we found it

    Sheets down, boots off, and the site cleared at the end of every day — not just at the end of the job.
